Common Problems
Delivery & logistics lor
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive ah?
A: If you order on a working day, usually take around 1 to 3 working days to arrive lor. But if your place a bit ulu (remote), maybe need 1–2 more days. If you need it fast-fast, can choose express delivery – then we’ll send to you within 12 hours (as long as order before 4pm on working day), but must top up $15 for the delivery fee hor.
Q: My order say shipped liao but I haven’t receive leh, how?
A: You check the tracking number and latest updates first can? If like very long never update, or you think the parcel gone missing already, can email us at sg001@sg.digiplus-intl.com. Remember to include your order number, name and contact. We’ll help you settle within 24 hours one.
Q: Do you all do international delivery or not?
A: For now ah, we only deliver within Singapore leh. Overseas delivery haven’t start yet. If got plan in future, we’ll update on the website or email you one.
Product and buying stuff lor
Q: Can anyone buy alcohol ah? Got age limit or not?
A: Yah, in Singapore must be at least 18 years old then can buy alcohol one. When you order, need to give valid IC info, and when deliver, our delivery guy will check your IC to confirm also hor.
Q: The alcohol on your site confirm real one or not?
A: Don’t worry lah, all our alcohol from famous wineries and proper importers one. All go through Singapore customs and quality checks, got proof of origin and test reports – 100% legit, no fake stuff.
Q: How to check whether got stock or not?
A: On the product page will show stock status one. If say “In Stock” then can go ahead order lor. If “Out of Stock” ah, just click the “Notify Me” button and put your email – once restock, we let you know first time.
Payment and after-sales stuff lor
Q: What payment methods you all accept ah?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, GrabPay, PayNow, all these lah. But some bank cards might have payment limits, so if payment fail, can try another method or check with your bank to confirm loh.
Q: If the product I receive is damaged, what should I do?
A: No worries lah! Just take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours after receiving, then contact our online customer service or email us at sg001@sg.digiplus-intl.com for a return request. Once we verify, we’ll either send you a new one free or arrange for a refund lor.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: For alcohol ah, because it’s a special item, we don’t accept returns without reason unless got quality issue. If the product is damaged or wrong, just contact us within 7 days after receiving, we’ll cover the return shipping and help you solve the problem one.
