Orange juice 80g
Cranberry juice 30g
Orange slice 1
Rosemary sprig 1
Steps
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in orange juice 80g.
Add Jing Blue 40g and stir gently.
Slowly pour cranberry juice 30g along the wall – watch the red layer float on top!
Garnish with orange slice and rosemary.
