Mengzhilan Handicraft Class (10 Years) is a non-heritage handcrafted aged liquor from Yanghe, a solid-state fermented soft moutai-style Baijiu. Produced in the 101 Handicraft Workshop in the core zone of Mengzhilan, it is brewed by veteran craftsmen with over 20 years of experience through 137 intangible cultural heritage handcraft procedures. It adopts low-temperature slow fermentation below 30°C, and the top-grade base liquor from autumn brewing is stored long-term in small jars in Yanghe’s constant temperature & humidity underground cellars. Authorized by China Alcoholic Drinks Association Vintage Liquor Alliance and certified by CQM, it features rich layers of pit aroma, koji aroma, grain aroma and aged aroma. Ideal for high-end banquets, collection and gifting.
