Mengzhilan M9 is a premium soft mellow Baijiu from Yanghe Blue Classic series. Produced in Suqian, Jiangsu, located in the 33°N golden liquor-making belt with a unique wetland ecological environment of "Three Rivers, Two Lakes and One Wetland". Made from multi-grain raw materials including sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, corn, barley and peas. It adopts the traditional 22335 mellow brewing technique and core brewing system of "Two Aged, Two Low, Three Long, Three Clear, Five Multiple", with low-temperature pit entry, low-temperature fermentation and low-temperature distillation. The liquor is crystal clear, well-balanced and mellow. It delivers smooth entry with elegant and rich aroma and long aftertaste.
